HEART MARATHON VOLUNTEERING POSITION
Position title: Marathon assistantPurpose: The position of heart marathon assistant is mainly to ensure the smooth coordination of activities that will be taking place on the heart marathon event 26 th April 2018.
Location: Marathon assistants will be positioned at different places along the race road very early in the morning and at the Kaole ground at Oysterbay where the race will begin and end and the rest of the activities that follow afterwards will take place.

Key responsibilities
-Showing direction for the runners.
-Distributing water to runners at the water sports.
-Assisting with awards distributions.
-Receiving honourable guests and other officials that may attend. -Making sure they are directed where they should be and offered the best customer care.
-Providing any other assistance to the marathon organizing team as per the instructions given.
-Health Check assistance for those in medicine field
Responsible to : THS administration
Qualifications: Good attitude and activeness
Support: 1 to 3 meetings and a general tour before the day of the vent to familiarize with the allocated roles per person.
Benefits: Certificate of recognition only
Dressing code: Sports casual, in most cases Tshirt will be provided.
