PURPOSE OF POSITION:
Meets clients’ requests for technical assistance to ensure programmes are technically sound and quality improved in programme design, execution, monitoring, evaluation and scale-up of core project models. Technical assistance provided to clients in grant-related requests contributes to growth in grant portfolio and meets donor requirements.

Leadership provided to a team of technical and sub-sector professionals and collaboration and planning with cross-sector Sr. Technical Advisors ensures quality, timely and well-integrated services to the client.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Chief Audit Executive (CAE) is the key audit role in managing the organization’s Global Internal Audit (GIA) and Fraud Investigation activities, and serves as a “business partner” to the Audit and Risk Management Committee (ARC), the President and CEO, and the Partnership Leader - Global Governance & Compliance on all major audit issues and accountabilities. The CAE reports directly to the WVI Board, and will oversee financial, operational, program, technology and strategic audits, fraud investigations, and advisory reviews of the Partnership’s entities to enhance governance, risk management, and compliance processes and practices, strengthen processes and controls, and optimize efficiency.

The CAE will provide strategic and technical leadership for the delivery of audit, advisory, and investigation services that support the ARC and senior leadership in carrying out their respective oversight and risk management responsibilities. The CAE will also provide leadership and direction to build on and enhance GIA’s automated system and leverage technology to enhance the operational effectiveness of the department.

The CAE will collaborate and engage with senior leadership and key stakeholders on strategic priorities, including transformation and operational change, global initiatives, emerging risks, and mitigation plans prior to execution to prevent major risk to the organization. PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The Response Programmes Director oversees/leads the Sector Programming Team, including Program Officer(s), Design Monitor Evaluation (DME), Humanitarian Accountability and Information Management. The Programme Director supports the Response Director (RD) and Operations Director (OD) in designing the response strategy and operations plan and works in close coordination with both.

The Response Programmes Director is responsible to manage grant acquisition, assessments, monitor and humanitarian accountability and liaises with Support Offices (SOs), and international donors.
