The Nelson Mandela African Institution of
Science & Technology (NM-AIST) invites applications from suitably
qualified and competent Tanzanian applicants to fill the following
vacant posts: LECTURER – (7 Posts)
Qualifications
Holder of a PhD in a specialized functional area, with a Masters’ Degree in the relevant field with at least a GPA of 4.0 out of 5, and a Minimum GPA of 3.8 out of 5 or its equivalent in the First degree with Minimum scores of B+ in Relevant Subjects or its equivalent.

Duties:
- Undertake an induction course in pedagogic skills for those who had none before;
- Carry out lectures and practical for Postgraduate programmes;
- Mentor junior staff in relevant fields; Participate/contribute in curriculum development;
- Participate in developing and managing various Institutional activities;
- Undertake research and publish/ disseminate results;
- Carry out consultancy and community services;
- write teaching manuals and compendium;
- supervise field practical, Masters and PhD dissertations/theses; attend/organize workshops, conferences and symposia;
- and perform any other duties that may be assigned by the relevant authorities.

Qualifications
