Why does oversharing in Interview will ruin your interview success?
You are well prepared for the job interview and confident enough to explain every single question with the backup example. When the interviewer opens with a typical question "tell me a little bit about yourself, then many candidates explain a lot more than a just “little bit.” Never tell your life story in this case.
You may think that every bit of information is crucial: but too much of the wrong information may be a deal breaker. Whatever the question is asked, make sure you tell the answer related to that particular topic. Don't let your interviewer stop you
