Position: Country Coordinator – ESAMI
The Eastern and Southern Africa Management Institute seeks the service of suitably qualified person to fill the post of country coordinator at its Dar es Salaam Office Tanzania
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reponsible to the director, Marketing and business development country will be responsible for the business development and marketing of ESAMI products and services and management of the country office in Dar es Salaam including:

i. Market and promotes ESAM in the country
ii. Prospect for new clients/markets, grow business and make follow up accordingly
iii. Gather relevant information’s and market charteristics products services and cases customer behavior and season relevant strategies
iv. Asses magnitude and nature of competition and advice on appropriate strategies
v. Manage both finances and office operations and generate revenue as per target to be agreed upon from time to time
vi. Preparing markets reports to help improve the quality of services delivery
vii. Perform public relations and publicity activities to project positive ESAMI image
viii. Perform any other duties assigned from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS
A minimum of first degree in relevant field
A minimum of 3 yrs working experience in an organization institutions with a capacity building programme or other related professional services
Knowledge and experience of working in the public services
A specialization in marketing capacity building programs will be an added advantages
