Personal Factors
- Should be a Tanzanian Citizen
- Should be a person who knows how to read and write both in Kiswahili and English.
- Ability to cook food for 1000 people and stand in the kitchen
- Ability to arrange and manage the MENU in the kitchen
- Age limit not over 40 yrs
- No of years of experience:- Min 3 years in recognized institutions
- Ability to check the cost each and everyday to prevent unnecessary use
- Ability to keep records of food store
