Platinum Credit Limited is
private limited company which offers credit facilities to civil servants
in Tanzania. Its committed team assures its customers quick solutions
to emergent financial needs within 24 hours. In order to enhance its
operational efficiency towards meeting its objectives, Platinum Credit
is looking for competent and qualified high achievers to fill the
following vacant positions in the team.
1. Position: Telesales Agents (5 positions)
1.1 Work stations: Morocco-Dar es Salaam
1.2 Reporting to: Team Leader-Call Centre/Call Centre Manager
1.3 Department: Sales
Read Also:
i. Responsible for outbound and inbound sales calls
ii. Responsible for achieving individual sales target.
iii. Cooperate and mobile team members to achieve the set team sales target
iv. Implement the company’s policies
v. Reporting to the supervisor about customer’s issues and opine on how they can be sorted.
1.5 Description of minimum knowledge, skill,competency and experience needed
i. At least an Ordinary diploma in any business related field
ii. Proficiency in computer applications.
iii. Good problem analysis and solving skills
iv. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
v. Knowledge of administration and clerical processes
vi. Good listening skills
