Key Responsibilities
Deliver Budget Volumes
Deliver Plan Margin
Sales forecast in line with market dynamics
Market intelligence and timely sharing of critical information to management to facilitate decision making and feed into strategy.
Timely collection of premium and ensure full compliance with customer and effectively pro-act to all issues that arise in order to minimize company exposure to cancellation of contract
Drive sales through collaboration with head of marketing and communication the same to sales team
Effectively use the sales tools to generate, manage and deliver sales in line with approved budget.
Effective management of agency queries, complaints, compliments etc.
Ensure that all the support required by the sales team to achieve target are provided adequately
 Full compliance with business principles, policies, processes and standards.
Compliance with ISO 9001 -2015 Guidelines.

COMMISSION BASED - LIFE INSURANCE AGENTS

NATURE AND SCOPE OF WORK
The key duties and responsibilities will include the following:
Promote the Life Insurance products of the Company as Introduced.
Carrying out need analysis of the Customer
Building strong relationships with new and existing customers and manage their expectations
Create Awareness on need of Life Insurance requirement by giving presentations to various groups
Should be able to meet the project target on new business and Renewals
Proactive and follow up with the prospective customers for new Business and Cross Selling
Should be able to attend periodic training on new Products, Guidelines as advised by the Company.
Customer Centric and maintain the ethics of the Company.
Should be able to maintain more than 90% persistency on sourced policies by continuous follow up.
Maintains Values, Vision and Mission of the Company throughout his/her association with the Company
Maintain Sales Compliance in all business sourced.
