Functions.
i. To prepare the reports on the progress of the project
ii. To carry out aims and objectives of the company
iii. To prepare priority programme policies and guideline for the social issues.
iv. Liaising with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors;
v. Prepare meeting quarterly.
