Young investment Co. Ltd was incorporated under the companies Act 2002 section 15 of the United Republic of Tanzania on 12^th day of March the year 2018 as a Private limited by Share Company.

The company is now engaged in a variety of business activities not limited to trade, manufacture, agriculture and so on. In order to enhance our efficiency the company seeks hire qualified and competent candidates for the following positions: 

JOB TITLE: HUMAN RESOURCE AND ADMINISTRATION SUPERVISOR

JOB LOCATION: DAR ES SALAAM

COMPANY NAME: YOUNG INVESTMENT COMPANY LIMITED

JOB DESCRIPTION

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
• Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)
• Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)

• Provides proposals and recommendations on necessary improvements on workflow;
• Maintains comprehensive inventory of all office furniture, fittings, equipment and other assets is maintained;
• Coordinates administration and related activities including secretarial, care taker, transport and office services;
• Manages office mailing and records in most safe and efficient manner; and
• Update internal databases of Young Investment Company Limited (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

1. First Degree in Human Resource Management or Public Administration or Business Administration from a recognized higher learning Institution.
2. Must be Computer literate and fluent in English language.

• General experience in related field will be an added advantage.
