Position: Production Supervisor

Responsibilities:
•Expertise in manufacturing process design
•Supervision of manufacturing process design,machining and assembly
•Experience in process engineering including machining and assembly
•Ability to teach, mentor and train work teams
•Ability to plan, monitor and evaluate activities and those under him/her
•Ability to identify and develop process tools that improve the production process
•Demonstrate ability to manage a team and drive performance and development
•Strong communication skills to drive consensus, decision making and execution
•Must be available to travel

Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree,Basic Technician Certificate,Technician Certificate or diploma in any engineering field such as mechanical, civil, chemical and process, production engineering
•Minimum of 3 years experience in a manufacturing plant is required although fresh graduates with relevant practical training experience in manufacturing are encouraged to apply

Position: Rental Fleet Coordinator
Responsibilities:
•Establishes and maintains service records(either electronic or manual)for all equipment within the rental Fleet
•Strong administrative and relationship skills to keep all repair tasks flowing in a timely manner while documenting parts and labor cost
•Identify other service shops including internal main service shop for outsourcing repair equipment
•Participate in discussing and concluding rental contract term&conditions with rental customers
•Handles customer service calls for equipment failures,taking  appropriate and prompt action
•Consult with Rental Manager ,deciding whether to repair or exchange rental equipment on the job-site
•Establish maintenance and repair standards for each pieces of rental equipment
•Confirming the customer rental application &advising the underfoot/site circumstances
•Prepare the roll out unit&ensure that machines are ready for sale
•Manage Fleet to Meet Sales Revenue Objectives
•Maximize Equipment ROI throughout Equipment Life Cycle
•Guarantee Equipment Availability (Increase Customer Satisfaction )
•Ensure Fleet operation with minimum running cost

Requirements:
•Bachelor degree in Logistics Management or related field
•At least 5 years  experience in Similar position
