  • A Degree in Human resources management from a recognized institution/universty

RESPONSIBILITIES
To always lead by example by observing discipline, behaving professional in line with the company policies and code of conducts.
Do administration works and advise how administration activities should be handled with the assistance of receptionist.
Ensure a strong day-to-day leadership presence;
Support the recruitment and selection process to ensure hiring/staffing objectives are fulfilled with high calibre and properly suited candidates; Interviewing candidates, managing tests and recommending selection;
Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations and reporting requirements;
Coordinate the development of Human Resources Policies for the organization with regards to employee relations
Partner with Management to communicate Human Resources policies, procedures and programs
Recommend employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation.
Participate in the conduct of investigations when employee complaints or concern arises.
Advise managers and supervisors about the steps in the progressive discipline system of the company and etc.
