Position: Executive Chef 
Location: Arusha
Education and Certifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts preferred
  • Diploma in Food Production or Hospitality Management from a recognised Hospitality School
  • Level 4 Award in Managing Food Safety and Hygiene in Catering
  • Level 4 Award in Health and Safety in the Workplace

Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior management role
  • International experience within a luxury hospitality environment
  • Experience in East Africa will be a plus but not essential
  • Experience in implementing food safety & hygiene systems
  • Experience in implementing HACCP food management system
  • Proven track record for effective food costing, catering, productivity & workforce management
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex situations and new projects

  • Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills both in written and verbal form
