CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR PRODUCTION OF EAYIP DOCUMENTARY / FEATURES
Heifer Project International is a non-profit corporation based in Little Rock, USA. Established in 1944, it is currently operational in over 30 countries in Africa, Asia, Europe and Latin America. Heifer’s mission is to work with communities to end hunger and poverty and to care for the earth. Heifer believes that it can significantly contribute to feeding the world and securing sustainable livelihoods by enhancing the capacity of vulnerable and smallholder farmers. In Tanzania, Heifer is implementing the East Africa Youth Inclusion Program (EAYIP) in partnership with Restless Development and MIICO, a five-year program aimed at improving the livelihoods of 10,000 economically disadvantaged young people in Tanzania.

Heifer International is looking for an independent consultant to support in the development 7 video documentaries / Feature stories of 5-7 minutes to capture the project key successes.
Expected Deliverable from the Consultant
The Service provider/Consultant will deliver the following:
- Collect 21 stories in 7 video documentaries documenting key project successes covering all 4 strategic objectives of the Project. The documentation will cover 5 districts where EAYIP is implementing in the Regions of Iringa, Njombe, Mbeya and Songwe where success stories will be captured from at least 4 SHGs, 1 Youth led hub/Cooperative and 4 individual youth per district.
- Edit video documentaries based on reviews/comments provided by Heifer/EAYIP.
- Edited content/footage and have 5-7 minutes video documentary aired on Television at an agreed schedule and other digital platforms. The documentary MUST have English subtitles/translation of the content.
- Share recorded Features with Heifer/EAYIP for future use and reference on a CD.
- Do promos prior to the airing of the program.
- 150 captioned and edited action photos documenting Project successes.
- Create and share YouTube links of the final documentaries with Heifer/EAYIP

Required Qualifications and Experience of the Service Provider/Consultant
· More than 3 years’ experience working in similar field.
· Extensive experience in producing development work related documents for publication and documentaries for national and international organizations with the aim of reaching both local and international audiences.
· Experience of working with Southern Highland Communities.
· Excellent technical capacities (state of the art filming equipment including drone camera preferably High Definition) to ensure smooth and high-quality production.
· Experienced and qualified team for shooting, editing, audio, mixing, voiceover, graphics etc.
· Experience of airing similar programs on Television and Digital platforms.

· Name and contact details of the service provider.
· A description of the service provider & technical proposal (1 page).
· A detailed description of previous and current experience in delivering a similar service. Kindly include a detailed track-record/link (1 page).
· Detailed financial proposal/budget for undertaking the assignment (1 page).
· Confirmation if the consultant accepts post payments.
· Attachment of the Company legal registration.
