Knowledge/Relationships/Opportunity
- Lead the SALES & MARKETING team to grow sales volume via performance-based management, which capacity builds the team to bring in the numbers. We are expecting this HOSM to bring a fresh new energy and skill sets to our mature company.
Education:
- A degree (master’s degree preferred) in Communications, Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, or related field.

- Construction product knowledge and experience is helpful but not essential.
