DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Provide accurate information ( products feature, pricing and after sales service)
· Answer customers questions about specific products/services
· Conduct price and feature comparison to facilitate purchasing
· Cross-sell products
· Ensure racks are fully stocked
· Coordinate with retail sales, representative team to provide excellent customer service
· Provide customer feedback to Immediate supervisor/Manager
· Stay up to date with new products

· Proven work experience as sales representative or similar role
