Operations Officer
Job Title: Operations Officer
Location: Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania
Organization Overview:
We are a non-profit organization dedicated to raising the living standards of people with disabilities.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented OperaÆŸons Officer to manage our operations and finance administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for
overseeing all the operational aspects Including payment follow-ups and performing basic day-to-day
financial posting.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and follow up on outstanding debtor balances, liaising with individuals to ensure
ÆŸmely payment and accurate payment.
Responsible for managing and supervising all operational activities.
Coordinating with team members to optimize efficiency.
implement strategies and proactive measures to prevent or resolve operaÆŸonal disruptions.
Generate regular operations and financial reports for management.
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations.
Finance related duties and tasks
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Strong familiarity with the non-profit sector and a genuine passion for the organization's
mission.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in an NGO
Demonstrated history of active involvement in community service or volunteer work.
Proven track record of effectively overseeing and managing operational processes, ensuring
smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
Bachelors degree
Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle unforeseen challenges.
Self-Driven and motivated
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills – proficiency in English & Swahili
