POSITION: ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT
ARMOR SECURITY LTD
Summary of Job Purpose:
Responsible for financial management on day-to-day duties pertaining to company policies, procedures and standards.
Qualifications, skills and related knowledge:
- At least 1 year work experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or any related field
- CPA Holder or Intermediate level of CPA will add value
- Identify and resolve problems before they become serious
- Good communication skills
- Experience in the security industry is an added advantage.
- Must have Computer skills (application of MS offices)

Responsibilities
- Prepare Monthly Financial Analysis such as Statement of financial performance.
- Prepare Projected Expenditures and Timelines budget
- Generate and process Monthly Invoices
- Follow-up Outstanding bills from clients
- Maintain Financial and Accounting Records
- Assist in Auditing Activities by making available all necessary information.
- Bank reconciliation.
- Maintaining general ledgers and accounts payable files.
- Keeping up with the company tax obligations
General requirements
- Application letter and CV with attached certificates
- Photocopy of National Identity Card (NIDA), Election ID and or Passport.
- Local Government endorsement letter
- Letter from two guarantors with their contacts.
- Two Current passport size
Working Area: Dar Es Salaam
Experience in Months: 12
