Key Responsibilities:
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Activity
Plan project focused studies that aim at informed programming (15%)
End Result
Studies planned and executed accordingly

Activity
Collect field data on daily basis, analyse, interpretation and timely sharing (25%)
End Result
Field data collected and analysed accordingly

Activity
Facilitate community feedback mechanism team to enhance project accountability to the population of concern (15%)
End Result
Community feedback mechanism supported

Activity
Participate into reports writing and sharing (20%)
End Results
Quality reports compiled and submitted

Activity
Undertakes project studies for effective informing the program implementation (15%)
End Results
Studies conducted and findings shared timely

Activity
Attend meeting /Forums at as assigned by Supervisor (15%)

  • Meetings attended

KNOWLEDGE/QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE
Required Professional Experience
  • Three years’ experience in working with project monitoring and evaluation
Required Education, training, license, registration, and certification
  • Training in monitoring and evaluation, research, data management and communication
Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications
  • Degree in community development, education and other related fields, master degree is an added advantage

Travel and/or Work Environment Requirement
Refugee camps

Physical Requirements

Should be physically fit

Language Requirements
Fluency in Both English and Swahili
