Qualifications and Skills:
- 5 years of proven experience in administrative management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Computer use and relevant software applications (MS Office, MS Excel, MyPOS
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Fluent in English and Swahili – both spoken and written
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field is an added advantage.
- Ability to lead, motivate a diverse team and delegate tasks effectively
