Project Zawadi is hosting an exciting and meaningful one-night celebration in November 2026, and we’re looking for a creative, organized, and experienced event planner to help bring this vision to life.
Location: Arusha
Date: A Saturday in November 2026 (Exact date to be confirmed)
Time: 6:00 PM start | Includes drinks, bites, music, and celebration
Target Guests: 300–400 guests

Event Goals:

• Increase awareness – students will speak, short videos will be shown, and our future will be shared.
• Raise 200M+ TZS in support of Project Zawadi
• Celebrate with our community – a night of joy, energy, and connection
• Launch an annual tradition of celebration and support

We are looking for someone who can:

• Plan and manage all aspects of the event from concept to execution
• Work with a team of stakeholders, vendors, and volunteers
• Develop a vibrant atmosphere that blends purpose, storytelling, and fun
• Coordinate with media and creative teams for visuals, sound, and video
• Deliver a smooth, memorable event for 400 invited guests
