● Ability to identify parts using diagrams, serial numbers, or equipment model references
● Familiar with key systems and components: engine, transmission, undercarriage, hydraulic, cooling, and electrical systems
2. Sales Skills & Business Acumen
● Proven track record in B2B industrial sales or automotive equipment parts sales
● Ability to prepare and follow up on quotations, invoices, and part inquiries
● Skilled in negotiation, pricing, and relationship management
● Strong understanding of logistics, order processing, and delivery coordination

● Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Swahili

● Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and company expenditures
● Ensure timely payment of statutory obligations (TRA, NSSF, PAYE, SDL, etc.)

● Lead monthly closing processes, bank reconciliations, and stock reviews
● Coordinate external audits, prepare audit schedules, and ensure regulatory compliance
2. Professional Qualifications
