Are you an experienced Lifting Supervisor passionate about safety, precision, and operational excellence? We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and implement Lifting Procedures and relevant local legislation applicable to the project.
- Ensure all personnel involved in lifting operations are fully briefed on procedural and safety requirements.
- Mentor and coach on-site rigging and lifting personnel; actively participate in risk assessments.
- Facilitate, coordinate, and supervise both critical and non-critical lifting operations.
- Develop non-critical Lifting Operation Plans (LOPs) and associated Job Safety Analyses (JSA/JHA).
- Ensure all lifting operations are prepared, organized, and executed according to project standards and specific procedures.
- Maintain appropriate lifting equipment stock levels and verify rigging and hardware suitability.
- Coordinate lifting operations in line with LOP, ensuring all gear meets safety and compliance standards.
- Support incident reporting and investigation processes for lifting-related events.

What We’re Looking For
Qualifications
- Valid Lifting Supervisor Certificate from a recognized institute
- Process certificates in lifting operations are mandatory
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in oil & gas, pipeline, or energy infrastructure projects
- Proven experience leading field-based lifting teams and executing high-risk lifting operations
- Experience working on international or multicultural project teams is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of British Standards, ASME, DNV, and OSHA lifting and rigging regulations
- Ability to develop non-critical lifting plans independently
- Solid knowledge of rigging hardware, lifting accessories, cranes, and hoisting systems
- Strong familiarity with HSE compliance, incident reporting, and risk assessment methodologies
- Proficient in English

Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed structural analysis and design of buildings, pipe racks, equipment supports, and other key facilities, ensuring safety and compliance with international codes.
- Prepare and review engineering deliverables, including structural calculations, construction drawings, material specifications, and detailed design documentation.
- Oversee field construction activities to ensure structural works align with drawings, specifications, and HSE standards.
- Coordinate with civil, mechanical, piping, electrical, and instrumentation teams to ensure full integration of structural elements across disciplines.
- Participate in design review and constructability meetings to deliver practical and efficient structural solutions.
- Provide real-time technical support during fabrication, erection, and commissioning, addressing site deviations and challenges

- Review, validate, and approve pressure test plans, procedures, and final reports.
- Coordinate with construction, QA/QC, and site supervision teams to ensure alignment and readiness.
- Manage on-site hydrostatic testing activities, ensuring strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Interface with the Owner’s team, third parties, and project stakeholders during all testing phases.
- Ensure all testing work complies with ASME, API, ISO, and project-specific standards.
- Track testing progress, troubleshoot technical issues, and report regularly to the Project Manager.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including test records, punch lists, and non-conformance reports.
What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Pipeline Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience
- Minimum 10 years of direct experience in pipeline pressure testing, especially with large-diameter, long-distance pipelines.

CPP is seeking a structural expert to join our international pipeline project team in Tanzania.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Project Completion Plan, including system and subsystem breakdowns aligned with project milestones.
- Monitor Mechanical Completion (MC) progress; coordinate and facilitate walkdowns, punch list creation, and resolution
- Manage and operate the Completion Management System (CMS) (e.g., WinPCS, PIMS, Orbit, Hexagon), ensuring data accuracy and timely progress reporting.
- Coordinate system handover activities across engineering, construction, quality, commissioning, and client interfaces.
- Oversee the preparation, review, and submission of handover dossiers and final completion documentation.
- Organize and lead system walkdowns, ensuring compliance with ITPs, HSE, and QA/QC standards.
- Track and drive closure of punch items, NCRs, and open actions in collaboration with construction and QA/QC teams.
- Interface with client representatives during walkdowns, acceptance, and turnover phases.
- Support commissioning and startup teams to ensure a seamless transition from construction to operations.
- Coordinate discipline-specific sign-offs of check sheets and completion certificates.
- Monitor progress against the system handover schedule and recommend recovery plans as needed.
- Provide training and mentoring to site teams on CMS usage and completion best practices.
- Participate in audits, lessons-learned sessions, and project close-out reviews to improve future execution.
What We’re Looking For
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Process, or related field)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in oil & gas, pipelines, or energy infrastructure projects
- At least 5 years focused on completion, Mechanical Completion, or pre-commissioning in large EPC or pipeline projects
- Prior involvement in international or multicultural teams is highly desirable
- Advanced knowledge of CMS tools (WinPCS, Orbit, PIMS, Hexagon)
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and project scheduling tools like Primavera or MS Project
- Strong grasp of international codes and turnover protocols (e.g., ASME, API, ISO, IEC)
- Familiar with system boundary definitions, subsystem classification, punch list management, and turnover strategy
- Understanding of QA/QC and HSE compliance in oil & gas environments
