Job Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee monitoring and maintenance of ADC backend systems for optimal uptime.
- Coordinate timely resolution of system issues and escalations.
- Supervise transaction processing, reconciliation, and system upgrades.
- Ensure the team adheres to security protocols, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
- Monitor and report on risks, fraudulent activities, and system breaches.
- Support audit activities and ensure findings are addressed promptly.
- Identify process improvements to enhance system performance and user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with IT, business units, and vendors on system enhancements and implementations.
- Monitor, maintain, and support ADC backend systems to ensure uptime and performance.
- Process and reconcile transactions from various ADC platforms.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and backups as required.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and system logs.
- Generate and analyze operational reports to support decision-making.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality across ADC systems.
- Work closely with front office ADC staff, IT, and business units to resolve issues.
- Provide technical support and training on ADC backend processes.
- Assist in testing and implementing new ADC products and features.
- Any other duties assigned by the line manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in banking operations or IT systems, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of ADC platforms, transaction processing, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.

Reporting to the ICT Manager, the Network Infrastructure System Administrator shall plan, implement, and secure the organization’s network infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and protection against cyber threats, in line with business and compliance goals.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and maintain LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, and wireless networks.
- Monitor performance and ensure disaster recovery readiness.
- Apply and manage network security protocols and tools.
- Maintain hardware, update firmware, and document configurations.
- Troubleshoot connectivity and latency issues.
- Work with vendors to ensure scalability and reliability.
- Provide user support and enforce IT security policies.
- Enforce cybersecurity policies and standards.
- Monitor for network vulnerabilities and breaches.
- Align practices with ISO 27001, NIST, or local standards.
- Support audits and maintain incident logs and remediation records.
- Meet SLAs for uptime and response times.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure service levels.

The System Developer will work closely with ICT and functional teams to deliver secure, high-performance software solutions that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop full-stack applications and APIs across various platforms.
- Provide Level 3 support for deployed solutions.
- Collaborate with DevOps, OA, Product, UX/UI, and Compliance teams.
- Debug and improve existing applications.
- Write unit/integration tests and maintain technical documentation.
- Research and implement new tools and technologies.
- Integrate internal and external systems securely.
- Design databases and support data pipelines for reporting.
- Participate in architecture decisions, solution planning, and code reviews.
- Collaborate with Security and Risk teams to address vulnerabilities.
- Monitor compliance, submit risk reports as needed, and adhere to risk frameworks and audit readiness.
- Implement and maintain strong security controls for data protection.
- Build responsive UIs with React, Angular, etc., and mobile apps using Flutter, React Native, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
- Develop backends with Java, PHP, Python, Node.js, or C#.
- Work with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and deploy apps using AWS, Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Use Agile tools (Jira, Confluence), Git, and enforce best security practices (RBAC, MFA).
- Perform any other duties assigned by the line manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of full-stack development experience.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Agile experience required; certification is a plus.
- Skilled in database management, UI design, security, and API development.
