Main purpose of job
To manage a portfolio of around 30 residential houses for UK diplomatic staff in Tanzania and the Official residence of the British High Commission. Ensure all UK staff are housed in safe and secure accommodation in line with UK Government policy. Lead on relationships with property owners, negotiate rent and lease agreements. Oversight of the British High Commission estates, technical works and residence teams.....
