They offer financial solutions and maintain strong customer relationships. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, carrying out market analysis, managing credit risk, and ensuring timely follow-up and service delivery. The officers work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and align products accordingly. Knowledge of SME lending, risk assessment, and market trends is essential to drive portfolio growth and minimize credit risk.
