Requirements:
- Certification from recognized swimming Coaching organization or governing board such as TSA
- Experience working with school-age children
- Experience in developing training programs tailored to individual swimmers’ needs and goals
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- First aid and water safety knowledge is a must
- Undergraduate of sports related courses are highly encouraged
- Women are strongly encouraged to apply.
