Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily tourism operations and client bookings.
- Develop and execute effective marketing and sales strategies to promote tour packages.
- Conduct client outreach, follow-ups, and conversion activities.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Create marketing content for social media and other promotional platforms.
- Prepare sales, operational, and performance reports.
- Collaborate with management to enhance service quality and operational efficiency

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline (degree qualification is mandatory).
- At least 2 years of proven experience in tourism operations, marketing, or sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in computer applications (MS Office, email, social media marketing).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
