Minimum Education & Qualifications
- Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Basic understanding of: Financial analysis
- Risk management principles
- Accounting and bookkeeping concepts
- Entry-level candidates and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in reviewing and analyzing loan applications
- Support basic financial analysis of clients’ income, expenses, and repayment capacity
- Assist in assessing credit risk and identifying potential red flags
- Maintain accurate loan records, files, and documentation
- Support loan disbursement and repayment tracking
- Prepare simple financial and loan performance reports
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
- Provide customer support regarding loan information and requirements
