The NOC officer is a shift base technical position that requires an
individual to work as part of a TEAM in the Network Operations Center
(NOC) where they will be expected to follow direction while performing
some tasks on their own. Daily tasks involve working with and supporting
the NOC team, QA and development environments, as well as coordinating
smart hands support for hardware failures. This role's primary
responsibility will be to monitor alarms, open corresponding tickets,
