B2B Project Coordinator (Grade 9)Job Country: Tanzania
JOB PURPOSE
To ensure timely delivery of B2B services from order to revenue and also ensure project performance is tracked, documented and reported.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
· Prepare PIP for all B2B projects
· Site acquisition for Wifi, FTTx
· Support submission of ITP and site access requests
· Quality assurance and control for B2B implementations
· Coordinate Data Centre projects and support business
· Track all projects to ensure delivery is on-time & all risks are identified and managed
· Prepare weekly project reports
· Review all SHO/PAT docs to ensure projects are closed properly and services handed over to MS operations
· Maintain & manage the materials database for B2B and work closely with Warehouse to track usage
· Work closely with Transport and Core planning teams for network capacity forecasts and planning for B2B
· Work closely with Managed Services IP/CS/PS/TX planning teams to prepare low-level designs for B2B implementations
· Support implementation of microwave and fiber solutions to deliver voice, data, internet and broadband services to enterprise customers.
· Perform any other duties as assigned by line manager
· Follow through customer complaints and ensure timely feedback to customer and resolution of the fault/outage.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
· Minimum 3 years of full time working in TELECOM/IT/IP environments, with proven experience in managing technical projects.
· Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications or Computer Engineering/Sciences.
· PMP certification or any other equivalent certifications will be an added advantage.
