Position: Communication Quality Control Manager
Location: Zanzibar / Pemba
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Supervise on quality, timeliness, clarity and effective communication among sales agents; be it through mails, phone calls, chats etc.
  • Ensure communication follow ups are on time and precise.
  • Giving trainings on all communication aspects.
  • Ensure clients satisfaction through quality communication.
  • Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
  • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
  • Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports
  • Recruit, mentor and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
  • Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
  • Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Meeting with other managers to discuss possible improvements to customer service
  • Training staff to deliver a high standard of customer service
