Roles and Responsibilities
• As SME & Region Business Leader you will be responsible for developing, driving and implementing acquisition and penetration strategy activities for selected Regions and tracking SME market in Tanzania.
• Provide guidance for Region & SME teams to achieve revenues and gross margin targets while providing super services to customers.
• Implementing Region & SME campaigns in order to expand market share and pursue aggressive growth targets for SME segment & region.
• Understanding changing and differing priorities depending on territories and how these impact SME & Region expansion strategy.
• Develops an effective sales & communoication plan in conjunction with marketing to attack the SME & Region Market.
• Develops a base of channel partners including Resellers, distributors and strategic partner in Regions amd for SME business.
• Manages and motivates SME & Regional sales team to ensure optimal efficiency / productivity and morale results good operational performance.
• Attends to regular face to face client visits / meetings to gain a comprehensive understanding of their existing business needs assisting in enhancing the team’s ability to service the same.
• Propose new iniatives, plans and programs to improve the effectiveness of the Business Sales.
• Creation of highly effective Teams

To ensure the functions objectives are delivered through a highly motivated and engaged
team. Giving regular fee and reviews to each team member as this plays a critical role in
ensuring employees are engaged and deliver leading to lower attriton of people hence
protecting talent.
– Guiding teams and making sure that the numbers met on weekly basis.
– Develop a bench strength of future leaders through coaching,mentoring and guidance.
– Attends to regular face to face client visits / meetings to gain a comphrensive
understanding of their existing business needs assisting in enhancing the team’s ability to
service the same.
• Reports
– Prepare various analytical reports abd statistics as required by the business on a timely
basis.
– Timely reporting to COO.

Educational Qualifications
• Bachelor Degree in Marketing / IT, an MBA is preferred.

Experience Requirements
Skills , Knowledge & Abilities

• 5 years of revelant experience.
• Proven record in customer retention & relationship management.
• History of creating productive working relationship and trust with teams across multiple departments.
• Strong communication skills.
• An understanding of the client’s needs.
