OVERVIEW
Apotheker Consultancy (T) is established and incorporated in Tanzania. Apotheker provides technical support, consultancy services and implementation to a range of health programs in Tanzania and beyond with focus on Pharmaceutical services, public health and general health related services.
Apotheker is looking for qualified individuals to support activities in one of its projects aiming at improving child and adolescents’ health in Tanzania. Job positions are for offices located in Dar es salaam

LOGISTICS and EVENTS COORDINATOR
POSITION SUMMARY
The Logistics and Events Coordinator will work under and report to the Finance and Operations Manager to organize and coordinate project field and office logistics.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Organize and coordinate project events such as meetings, workshops, visits and visitors and travels within and outside the country
  • Organize and coordinate logistics related to field works including data collections, training and monitoring visits
  • Facilitate effective communication within between project, Government offices and project related partners in the country
  • Ensure operations of project interaction systems such as website, email systems social media and others as may be determined
  • Support other project related duties as may be determined from time to time by the Finance and Operations Manager and Project Lead.

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE, AND COMPETENCIES
Applying candidate must have a Bachelor degree in Public Relations, Business Administration or any other related field. Working experience in a similar position will be an added advantage.
