develop, maintain and increase a solidly dependable client base, to
sell events and projects and provide an effective service to clients so
as to maximize projects revenue targets.
Main Responsibilities:
The successful candidates will be responsible for the following key result areas:

Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activity.
Design and develops prospect customer acquisition strategies and client relationship management programs.
Key player in sales process development, schedules follow-ups and provide the onsite sales support to clients.
Prepares
daily call plans and reports and discusses them with the project lead
and reports any problems encountered for assistance and guidance.
Looks after client accounts, meet and exceed targets with respect to revenue growth and projects activities, customer retention and acquisition.
Develops
effective working relationship with clients and employees through
regular meetings to identify further sales and business development
opportunities.
Lead and executes the identification and segmentation
of potential, industry- specific clients, studies their business and
convince the value and benefits of the programs value proposition.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Academic : Basic University Degree in Business Studies.
Experience : 3-5 years working experience in marketing and sales related fields.
Professional : Advance Diploma in Sales & Marketing
Skills and Attributes:
Excellent sales and marketing skills
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Strategic and research Skills v/ill be an added advantage
