- Developing and managing advertising campaign
- Communicating the marketing plan
- Researching demand for the organization products
- Evaluating competitors
- Handling social media, public relation efforts, and content marketing
2. Supervisor (2 Post)
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Set goal for performance and deadline in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicates them to subordinate
- Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated task
- Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
- Receive complaints and resolve problem
- Maintain Time keeping and personnel records
