Job Title: Director of Quality
Location: East Africa (flexible) with extensive international travel
Duration & Hours: Full time and permanent

We are looking for a
Director of Quality to join our senior management team. You will play a
key role in helping to shape the strategy and technical vision of our
programmes, as well as having specific responsibility for driving a
culture of technical excellence across Farm Africa’s programme
portfolio.
You will lead an expert team of technical
service providers, monitoring evaluation & learning practitioners
and programme support advisors, to build the technical capacity within
our programme implementation teams, within a context of dramatic growth.
We are looking for an inspiring, compelling and
dynamic leader, with a passion for capacity building and driving quality
at a strategic level; you may already have experience of working in an
INGO, or you may be working in the commercial sector.

Job Title: Individual Giving Manager (maternity cover)
Salary: £37,700 – £38,900 (plus employer’s pension contribution)
Location: London (with occasional overseas travel)

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Individual Giving expert to join our busy and dynamic fundraising team. As an integral role with the External Relations Team, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of all Individual Giving communications, managing our £1m+ Individual Giving portfolio. AJIRA TANZANIA 2019 / NAFASI ZA KAZI 2019
This role requires excellent project management of all elements of our Individual Giving programme, including integrated fundraising campaigns right through from creative development to results analysis, using channels including direct mail, email and social media.
