Mahinya College of Sustainable Agriculture
The
Mahinya Training Centre for sustainable agriculture has been
established in 2008, from a partnership between the Italian NGO COPE and
the Archdiocese of Songea as local counterpart. The centre is located
in Ruvuma region, Namtumbo district in Msindo village. About 28
kilometers from Songea Town.

With
the help of the Italian NGO COPE that was awarded a grant from The
Italian Ministry of Foreign Affair, the centre began the construction of
buildings and recruitment of staff for the initiation of Crash Courses
on Sustainable Agriculture and Livestock on August 2008.
