Duty & responsibility
a. Recruitment, management and resignation of local employees
b. Assisting the manager in dealing with local government departments
c. Applying for and obtaining company certificates and licenses

Requirement
a. Required to have minimum of bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
b. More than 2 years of related experience is required
c. Ability to drive a car
d. Be proficient in standard office software such as Word and Excel
e. Be good at communication, management, and problem-solving

2. ACCOUNTANT
Duty & responsibility
 Manage all accounting transactions
 Prepare budget forecasts
 Publish financial statements in time
 Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
 Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
 Ensure timely bank payments
 Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
 Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
 Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
 Audit financial transactions and documents
 Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
 Comply with financial policies and regulations

Requirement

Duty & responsibility
 Learning ceramic tiles/box knowledge from factory
 Maintains and develops relationships with clients
 Assists customers in providing them with information like product or service quotes.
 Practices and tests sales strategies by calling existing and new clients
 You will have chance to become official sale after training
