Whom are we looking for?
- Desire to learn - you don't have to be a developer, designer, or project manager to accomplish a good job, but you must be familiar with all areas of software development.
- Attention to detail – the devil is in the details so you should be able to spot issues others usually miss
- Experience working in a self-driven Agile environment
- you’re comfortable with working on long-term projects & cooperations
- Communication skills - Because a large part of your job will entail direct communication with clients and coworkers, you should be a natural communicator.
- A technical background or very good understanding of IT
- A highly motivated person interested in managing software projects
- Problem-solving pragmatism and analytical thinking outside the box
- Positive attitude towards work and new challenges
- Having a sense of urgency
