PROJECT MANAGER JOB DETAILS:
Project Manager at Kings Builder September, 2023
The Project Manager at Kings Builder is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of a construction project, including budgeting, scheduling, risk, resource management, and quality control. They must ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
- Must be registered as a Professional Engineer(ERB registered).
- At least 10+ years of working experience in civil engineering in at least 5 years in a similar position.
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of construction management processes, means, methods, relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
- Ability to effectively multitask while analyzing and solving problems.
- Strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills.
