KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop daily Chute distribution plan
- Daily distribution plan developed and shared with key Supervisor
- Supervise food scooping process to ensure a beneficiary gets right entitlement
- Beneficiaries get right entitlement (Refer to FBM reports)
- Manage food allocated to his/her chute as standards
- Food handling principles adhered too
- Supervise Scoopers assigned to the chute
- Quality services rendered
- Compile food distribution report
- Quality reports compiled and submitted
- Supervise chute cleanliness
- Chute is clean always
- Participate into food prepositioning exercises
- Active participation is vivid

KNOWLEDGE/QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE
Required Professional Experience
- One-year experience in working with humanitarian operations,
- Experience in handling commodities management
- Experience in working with refugee programs
- Training in commodities management, response trainings.
- Advanced diploma in Accountant, Procurement, Community Economy Development
- Degree is an added value
