We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented MIS (Management information system) Manager to lead our information systems and data reporting functions. In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing data-driven decision-making across our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure data integrity, and implement reporting tools that empower leadership with actionable insights. The ideal candidate is both technically skilled with a strong background in MIS, analytics, and report integration.

- Prepare high-level reports for senior management and stakeholders
- Evaluate and provide ways to improve MIS effectiveness
- Manage and mentor junior MIS staff or analysts

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in MIS, business intelligence, or data reporting roles
- Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros)
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems and data integration
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insight.
