Hand in Hand Eastern Africa (HIHEA TZ) is an innovative, non-governmental organization (NGO) committed to empowering marginalized communities across Tanzania, particularly women. As part of the Hand in Hand Global Network, we are dedicated to fostering sustainable enterprises and creating jobs through a participatory approach to entrepreneurship. With a footprint in six regions—Arusha, Moshi, Manyara, Dodoma, Singida, and Meatu—our mission is to help communities lift themselves out of poverty by promoting economic empowerment.

1. ICT Intern (Ref: HTZ ICT INTERN-02/2025) – Arusha
Open Slot: 1
The ICT Intern will assist in managing IT systems, support digital communications, and contribute to multimedia content creation, such as photography and video production for visibility and impact reporting. The role also includes supporting users with hardware and software issues and maintaining the ICT inventory.

2. Accountant Intern (Ref: HTZ ACC-INTERN-03/2025) – Arusha

This role involves assisting the finance department with financial documentation, transaction processing, and supporting budgeting, compliance, and reporting. Responsibilities also include helping prepare monthly financial summaries, conducting reconciliations, and supporting audits.
