Duties & Responsibilities
- In charge of all marketing activities (seed & agrochemicals) within the Zone.
- Shall coordinate, supervise, and support the marketing team.
- Shall link farmers/customers with Agro Dealers/Sales Team.
- Shall control Zonal Marketing budget.
- Shall prepare and submit weekly and monthly marketing progress reports.
Minimum Qualifications/Job Specification
- B.Sc. in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, Extensions, or Agri-business.
- At least 5 years of marketing work experience in a reputable agri-business company.
- Driving experience and possession of a valid driving license class “D” is a must.
Sales Point Seed Marketing Officers (3 Posts) – Bariadi, Mbeya, Songea
Duties & Responsibilities
- In charge of seed marketing activities within the Sales Point.
- Shall supervise Assistant Marketing Officers within the Sales Point.
- Organize and conduct Farmers Field Days, Radio Adverts, distribute Small Packs, etc.
- Shall prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly marketing progress reports.
Minimum Qualifications/Job Specification
- B.Sc. in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, Extensions, or Agri-business.
- At least 3 years of marketing work experience in a reputable agri-business company.
- Driving experience and possession of a valid driving license class “D” is a must.
Sales Point Agrochemicals Marketing Officers (3 Posts) – Sumbawanga, Morogoro, Dar-es-Salaam
Duties & Responsibilities
- In charge of all agrochemicals marketing activities within the Sales Point.
- Identify new agrochemical opportunities within the Sales Point.
- Conduct agrochemicals trainings and demonstrations within the Sales Point.
- Shall prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly marketing progress reports.
- B.Sc. in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, Extensions, or Agri-business.
- At least 3 years of marketing work experience in a reputable agri-business company.
- Driving experience and possession of a valid driving license class “D” is a must.
Sales Officers (6 Posts) – Arusha, Babati, Mbeya, Kahama, Songea, Mpanda
Duties & Responsibilities
- Shall conduct sales trips and meet sales targets as per company plans.
- Shall secure sales deals and establish good relationships with customers.
- Shall prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales progress reports.

- Form Four Certificate (Certificate/Diploma in Agriculture will be an added advantage).

Seed Processing Supervisor (1 Post) – Mbeya
Duties & Responsibilities
- Shall coordinate and supervise seed processing, dressing, stacking, and handling operations.
- Responsible for taking and keeping all records related to stock operation and movements every day.
- Assign daily tasks and supervise workers within the processing plant and prepare required manpower reports.
- Should have at least one year of related work experience in processing factories and stock handling duties.
- Holder of Certificate/Diploma in Store Keeping, Material and Logistics Management, or Procurement.
- Should have basic knowledge of computer uses and applications such as MS Office.
Store Keepers (2 Posts) – Singida, Ifakara
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for taking and keeping all records related to daily stock operations and movements.
- Plans and performs work that involves ordering, receiving, inspecting, loading, and off-loading stocks.
- Participate in physical inventory counts in his/her warehouse or store.
- Should have at least one year of work experience as a store keeper.
- Holder of Certificate/Diploma in Store Keeping, Material and Logistics Management, or Procurement.
- Should have basic knowledge of computer uses and applications such as MS Office.
Water Well Drillers (2 Posts) – Singida Farm
Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate water well drilling machines and other equipment.
- Proactively advise on water drilling risks, techniques, and requirements.
- Install, test, maintain, and repair water well pumps, piping systems, and equipment and perform pumping tests to assess water well performance.
- Develop, advise, and update water drilling plans and schedules.
- Perform and supervise water drilling and installation of all required equipment.
- Holder of Diploma in Water Well Drilling, Hydrogeology, Water Supply and Sanitation Engineering, or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- At least 5 years of work experience operating water well drilling machines in a reputable organization.
- Experience driving light trucks and possession of a driving license class “E” is a must.
Truck Drivers (4 Posts) – Mbeya
Duties & Responsibilities
- Shall supervise loading and off-loading cargo.
- Shall ensure transported cargo is accompanied by necessary documents.
- Ensure any mechanical issues with the vehicle are corrected before driving.
- Plan routes well and meet delivery schedules.
- Comply with truck driving rules and regulations.
- Report defects, accidents, and violations.
- Perform daily maintenance of trucks (refueling, cleaning, etc.).
- At least Form Four education with attendance at formal driving training in a recognized college/institution.
- At least 5 years of work experience as a truck driver in a reputable organization.
- Experience driving semi-trailers and possession of a driving license class “E” is a must.
