Job Summary:
Project Business Analyst is an integral role in business and projects executions in FINCA Microfinance Bank Tanzania. The role includes coordination of projects related with business operations, improving, and building a sustainable customer base and satisfaction. The Project Business Analyst also delivers day to day operations within project team by assuming key roles such as business requirements lead, user acceptance testing lead, documentation, and analysis.
S/he can be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in various areas such as credit, delivery channels, information technology and banking operations to enable multi-competency milestone achievement. The Project Business Analyst should therefore exhibit an extensive track record in business development, to capitalize on lucrative business opportunities and increase market share.
