Requirements: 
Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years in the IT sector, with a strong grasp of hardware, software, and networking.

Skills:

• Ability to multitask, troubleshoot technical issues, maintain network security, and assist users with both hardware and software.
• Technical Proficiency:Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Mac OS environments; experience with network components such as routers and switches.
