Minimum Job Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Experience in direct sales, preferably in coal briquettes.
- Knowledge of coal briquettes or alternative energy products is a strong plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and CRM updates.
Preferred Qualifications
The following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Local language fluency and cultural familiarity with the sales territory.
- Experience working in rural or semi-urban markets.
