Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections and testing of construction materials and works
- Monitor compliance with quality standards and specifications
- Identify and resolve quality issues during project execution
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and quality control activities
- Collaborate with project teams to implement quality improvement measures
- Support internal and external audits
- Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and findings

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Experience in construction quality control in Tanzania and/or the East Africa region.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Solutions-driven individual who can identify problems and implement solutions without supervision, who does not believe in only reporting problems.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Certification in quality control (e.g., CQI, CQA) is an added advantage
- Familiarity with quality management systems and methodologies
