Graduate Trainee Program 2025 at China Petroleum Pipeline Engineering Co., Ltd.

China Petroleum Pipeline Engineering Co., Ltd. (CPP) is excited to invite passionate and driven fresh graduates to apply for its Graduate Trainee Program 2025. This one-year program offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to critical operations in the oil and gas sector. No prior work experience is required, and training will take place on active project sites, providing real-world learning opportunities.

Selection Criteria

• To be eligible for the Graduate Trainee Program, applicants must meet the following requirements:
• Must be Tanzanian
• Must be between the ages of 18 and 30
• Must hold at least an Upper Second-Class degree or VETA Level III Certificate
• Must have graduated no more than 2 years ago
• Must provide an official academic transcript indicating graduation date and degree certificate or VETA Level III Certificate
• Demonstrated eagerness to learn, with an open mindset towards new environments, tools, and methodologies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams and across departments
• Excellent interpersonal skills ‘)\n- High level of adaptability, flexibility, and readiness to perform in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Graduate Trainee Opportunities

The following departments are offering graduate trainee positions:

• NDT Technician (6 positions): Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or VETA Level III Certificate in a related discipline
• Camp Management Assistant (4 positions): Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Technician – Telecommunication Instrument (15 positions): Bachelor’s in Telecommunication Engineering, Electronics, or VETA Level III Certificate in a related discipline
• Technician – Power (Splicer – Electrical & Instrument) (15 positions): Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or VETA Level III Certificate in a related discipline
• H2SE Officer (10 positions): Bachelor’s in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
• Environmental Coordinator (5 positions): Bachelor’s in Environmental Science, Natural Resources Management, or related field
• Painter – Coating (7 positions): Bachelor’s in Industrial Chemistry, Materials Engineering, or VETA Level III Certificate in a related discipline
• Manager – Officer (2 positions): Bachelor’s in Logistics, Transport Management, or related field
• Translator (1 position): Bachelor’s in Languages, Communication, or related field
• Health & Hygiene Inspector (1 position): Bachelor’s in Public Health, Environmental Health, or related field, or VETA Level III Certificate in a related discipline
• Surveyor (3 positions): Bachelor’s in Geomatics, Land Surveying, or Civil Engineering
• Steel Fitter (10 positions): Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or VETA Level III Certificate in a related discipline
• Equipment Inspector (1 position): Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or VETA Level III Certificate in a related discipline
• High-Density Polyethylene Welder – Coating (5 positions): Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Science, or VETA Level III Certificate in a related discipline
